1. How do I apply for a return or replacement?

    We don’t accept returns, but yes we can do replacements in terms of exchanging the same product, please refer to our exchange policy for further details. To place a replacement please do write us at info@khuraafati.com and explain why exactly you want an exchange.

  2. Do I pay for shipping charges?

    We don’t charge any shipping from our customers for products above 999,  however in case of rare exchange conditions a customer might pay for shipping, please refer to our exchange policy for further details.


  3. Is there any international shipping available?

    No, right now we don’t have any international shipping service. However, if you still want to purchase internationally then please get in touch with us at info@khuraafati.com

  4. When will I get my order?

    After the product is ready to be pickup, it usually takes around 48-72 hours to get the product delivered, however, you can keep track of your order using “Track Your Order”

  5. When will I get my tracking number?

    Once your order is shipped, you will be notified with your tracking details on your Email and WhatsApp.

  6. What if I am not available at my destination at the time of delivery?

    In this case, we suggest you ask your family members or friends to receive the order on your behalf, just make sure to inspect the product for any physical damage, If not possible then ask our delivery partner to re-schedule the product in upcoming business days

    Yes COD is available

  8. What if my product is not delivered within the time?

  9. What should I do when my payment is deducted from my bank but the order wasn’t placed?

    Most of the time, usually the same amount is credited back into your account within 2-3 working days, if not then please write us at info@khuraafati.com

  10. How will I get confirmation that my order has been placed successfully?

After a successful purchase, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp, and once the order is shipped, you’ll be notified with your tracking details.
