Exchange Policy
The exchange request can only be done within 48 hours after the delivery, and beyond the given time, no exchange request will be accepted, we at Khurafati deliver the best quality thus we deliver the product after thorough inspections.

Please exchange your order in its original packaging, and along with your order if you receive any freebies, make sure to submit your original invoice at the time of return.
If the product(s) that are being exchanged are a part of any offer such as Buy 2 Get 1 Free or Buy 1 Get 1 Free, or any other offer then all of the products related to the offer must be returned properly, as those purchases were made under an offer, failing to this be considered a violation of the policy, thus no exchange would be processed.
At the time of exchange, a quality audit will be performed, make sure to meet all the points to avoid cancelation of the exchange request
1. The same exchange product must be the same that was dispatched from our warehouse

Once the exchange and dispatched item match, an adult will be done on the basis of an intact tag and unused condition.
The exchange process will only be initiated once we have received the product back in our warehouse, we have to complete the quality check and verifications from our end.
Important Points:-
- For T-shirts, we don’t provide exchanges, please refer to the size chart that is available on our website, go through it carefully before making any purchase.
- For Jeans, we do accept exchanges
- Exchange can only be made within 48 hours after the delivery.
- If receive any freebie such as products you get in Buy 1 Get 1, Buy 2 Get 1 offer, all the product(s) shall be returned
- Exchange can be made on only the same products if you want different products such as different printed oversized T-shirts or different colors then a new order should be placed, the same goes for jeans.
- The product must be in a resalable condition, unworn condition.
- The exchange process shall only be initiated once the product is received back in our warehouse for inspection and audit.
- If the re-shipped product is refused in any condition; it won’t be shipped again and your exchange request will be closed so, to avoid this situation please give proper instructions on why you want an exchange.
- Pickup will be attempted only 2 times, if you’re unable to hand the shipment to the courier partners then you have to deliver the shipment to our warehouse/registered company address at your own cost
- In any case, If you’re unable to hand the shipment to our courier partners then you have to ship the product(s) on your own to our warehouse and you must ensure that the shipment is packed properly to prevent any loss and damage during transit and in this case zero shipping charges are liable to us.
- If the customer has mailed us within the timeframe but not responding the mails, after 7 days we will cancel their replacement request and thus, no exchanges can be made after that for the same order.
- Replacement will be made only one time, it is customer's responsiblity to order accurate size for their exchange, if you need further exchange after one time, then customer will bare for additional costs
Note: Make sure to record the unboxing video to maintain clarity and prevent misunderstandings, ensuring a smoother experience for all involved.
